2. Data Retention & Erasure Rights
We adhere to strict data minimization principles to ensure your correspondence is not held indefinitely:
- Bi-Annual Purges: To maintain a clean digital footprint, all form submissions, contact logs and professional email chains are permanently deleted from local storage records every six (6) months.
- Right to Deletion: You retain the absolute right to request the removal of your information at any time. Upon receiving a request at [email protected], all related messages will be expunged from active records and a command will be issued to clear any peripheral technical logs held by Formspree.
3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use Framing
This website functions as an educational and promotional demonstration catalog. Individual background compositions, mockups, or third-party brand assets are utilized solely for creative presentation and contextual examination under Fair Use provisions. All original product designs and copyrights remain explicitly vested in their respective authors.
Notice & Takedown: If you are a copyright holder and object to the contextual rendering of any asset displayed within this portfolio, please contact the administrator. Verified assets will be permanently removed from the active site directory within 48 hours.

This portfolio is independently self-hosted on private infrastructure. While the connection is protected using Cloudflare end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption to ensure secure data transit, the platform is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. No liability is assumed for temporary technical interruptions, hosting dropouts, or minor performance fluctuations.
